The start of our adventure

we begin our journey in dalvozzea where Mikabell's father gives us a package and asks us to not open it, just deliver it to Evangalessa, we get our gear and get ready to go.

about 3 miles outside of town Selena and Mikabell meet up with Robbie. We continue walking for about 15 miles total, before deciding to bed down for the night. Robbie wanders off into the forest and comes back with leaves filled with fruit, we start a fire, and Robbie roasts the pears, while I but up the apples, and get out some of my bread to share with the group.

After we are done, Selena is still hungry, so she goes hunting, takes her three hours to nab a squirrel, but she does, ao she brings it back, skins it, and hands mikabell the skin.

We then retire.

After we wake up, Mikabell goes looking for eggs while Robbie starts the coffee and Selena disappears.

Mikabell cannot find any eggs, but Selena comes back with a side of bacon and a half dozen eggs.

Mikabelle then makes breakfast,and they put out the campfire and continue on their way.

About 15 miles down the way, they get to a small town, where they sell the squirrel skin for 2 dukes,a nd continue on their way, not stopping for lunch ( just eating as they walk)

A few miles outside the town, we all stop for a bit of water, and suddenly, we feel a bit woozy, Robbie passes out, I feel woozy see spots, and then pass out, and Selena passes out as well.
Selena wakes up for a moment to hear horse hooves, and feel very dry grass beneath her back. she then goes back to sleep.

we all wake up, Robbie with a terrible headache, in a dark dank room. Feeling around a bit we find nothing but piles of musty straw, a bucket that smells awful, and 2 cots. None of us were on the cots when we awoke, so it's obvious the gaolers don't care.

Robbie has been feeling the walls, and finds a loose rock, we all help him pull it out, and Selena starts to crawl through, she is all the way out of the whole when she bumps her head.... hard. We crawl in after her and find all of our things! YAY!! I light a torch, and we look around, seeing that almost all of our belongings are there, except for the special package, that Mikabells father gave her to deliver, and strangely enough, all of their money is gone....

no matter we have all we need to continue our journey! lets find out where our package went!

we attacked the guard, ( Arnie) and made him tell us about what happened. It seems that we were out for four days, and Lord marius is the one who stole everything from us!

we chained him in the cell and went to escape.

Bob the night guard was coming down the stairs when we ambushed him, he managed to hit mikabell for 10 damage total, before Selena and Robbie took him out with brute force and a blinding potion. After he was blinded, Mikabell pistol whipped him, to let him know they meant business.

we got more information from him, and manacled him next to Arnie, before we left through an unguarded door to the left, and stole a pony cart to get us out of the gaol.

we traveled 4 days to razule incident free.

After multiple days of slogging through the evanglessian country side, we come to razule, which is a giant walled city ( This city holds around 2million people) The city smells awful, apparently not all of their people have working plumbing,

Gleaming stone, anchored flying ships to the west ( we came in from the east). We see the castle, and the house of the emporer in the middle of the city.

all along the wall we see pickets and banners, and the crest of the emperors house is an Airship and an eagle.

we get to stand in line to get into the city, traffic jam at the gate, as they are checking for all sorts of contraband, takes about 30 minutes to get through, but we seem to get through just fine.

we are tromping down the main street of the city, it seems to be slightly dirty, but otherwise beautiful.

After about an hour of walking  and asking for directions, we reach Lady Accolades home, it's lovely by human standards.

we knock on the door, wait a moment, and an older gentleman in his 50's comes to the door, asking how he may help us.

we tell him who we are, and he scuttles off to get Lady Accolade.

she is short, ( like a gnome) using a cane, and she is coming down the stairs to greet us. we then explained our adventures, and she expresses empathy, and we move on.

She offered to direct us to the steward of the court, to get information on Lord Marius.

She then excuses herself, and we are shown to our rooms, strangely there are no metal fixings on the house at all, it's completely stone and wood.  even the door hinges are clever wood. This is a very traditional gnomish home, as gnomes that mess with metal too much are considered crazy ( metal Deranged)


We go upstairs and get ready to clean up, it takes about an hour and a half, by the time we are done, Robbie is back from his friends place, and we all went out for dinner, then bedded down for the night.

Nuckols Family Tephra Game blog!

We are pretty new to the Tephra community ( we just got the books in!). We feel that in order to truly achieve an in depth game, we need to have a real basis for it! So we are starting this blog, and hope to share all of our steampunk adventures with you soon!

This weekend we will start our characters, and maybe even a real campaign!
